Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor/Professor of Urology and Consultant Urologist

The University of Otago is currently advertising for a TD Scott Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor / Professor of Urology within their Department of Surgical Sciences. In addition to this position, the apointee will also hold a position as Consultant Urologist with Te Whatu Ora (New Zealand Health) Southern.

This is a joint University/Hospital position and will be held as a single contract with the University. The two separate roles equal the equivalent of one full-time position, with the academic component as 0.5 FTE and the clinical component as 0.5 FTE.

This position is available as a result of a generous gift to the University intended to establish a strong academic and research presence in Urology within the Dunedin School of Medicine. The position provides an excellent opportunity for a clinical academic to establish themselves in one of the leading medical schools in Australasia.
